I'm vegan but needed to make some non-vegan food for guests. With Parul's guidance I made some delicious chicken thighs, and my guests were delighted to take home the leftovers. I did go off-script a bit: heated oil, added a Tab cumin seeds, browned the chicken (skin-on) on both sides, added a mixture of water and the tikka masala dip, continued to heat covered on low spooning the sauce onto the thighs and turning them to get the sauce on them. Added a little salt. They loved it! Thank you, Parul! Next I'll try it with some tofu (pre-boiled!)
